Mamie Pink Modern

This 2-story modern home was inspired by a vintage 1950s house plan. There are more pics in the mamie pink modern tag, but I’ve tweaked some things, so they may look a little different. For example, I decided that the family that lives here has two toddlers, so I added highchairs to the dining room and toys to the living room.

avalos springs.

i’ve been wanting to do a mid century styled house in oasis springs for a while so here it is!!!!! @dnasz‘s applewhite build was the main source of inspiration for me when it came to the lil roof garden!! there’s a little wet bar and there’s a spare room you can decorate however! tl;dr it’s full of plants, skylights, and has a fountain in the middle of the house so ??? yeah

  • lot size: 30×20
  • 3br, 2ba (i forgot to take floorplan screenshots but it’s a single floor)
  • place using bb.moveobjects on cheat
  • minimal cc (totally optional): paneling | ivy | rug | clutter mod | record player
  • cost: §140,253 (yikes)

  • To install, download the .zip file and extract the folder. Move the contents inside to your tray folder (My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray) also i don’t use my origin ID so I have not uploaded it there.

Josie Toddler Moped Pose-  Gift for little Leighton  by @prettyxsimblr!

It’s no secret how much I ADORE Lori and Leighton by @prettyxsimblr and so here is a gift pose for my cutie pie Leighton! Seriously, check out this adorable little family if you haven’t already, Lori is gorgeous and Leighton is the cutest ladybug ever!

This pose is a toddler moped pose for little toddlers to feel like big girls ( or boys!) on. In my imagination, the moped is electric and it moves by turning the handles but in reality, the moped is merely deco lol. There are two group poses ( Mommy and toddler) and one single toddler pose. You will need Andrews Pose Player and the Teleporter Mod for these to work, place the Teleporter statue in the middle of the moped. Hope you enjoy!
