I put a lot of love and effort into this cute farmhouse 🙂 I tried to make it as detailed as possible! There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and an extra bedroom and bathroom in the barn! There’s really everything your sim family needs! 🙂

Dainty Daisy Prairie Dress

Modthesims just approved my entry of this so now I can post it on here!

This is a recolor of an awesome mesh edit by HSL of the dress that came with the free Holiday Stuff pack. (her V2 Maid Uniform)

I’ve always loved pioneer themed towns ever since my sister and I created one in The Sims 2. Since then, I’ve wanted to make another one with the same idea in The Sims 4, but I quickly realized the total lack of Plain-Jane, casual clothing for normal, everyday Sims.

The lovely @historicalsimslife was nice enough to allow me to include the mesh. It’s very simple and comes in 29 swatches all mix-n-match.

Cypress Hill | Suburban family build

Ok consider this my first build post since I deleted the other one bc I was embarrassed of my editing

This spacious Family Home is for the big 40×30 lot in Willow Creek, in the Sage estates neighborhood, but you can of course place it wherever you want to.  
The house features a big yard with a fishing pond and lots of room for your Sim-familiy to grow! It has 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and apart from a couple of decor items it’s unfurnished. It’s completely CC-free!

Packs needed: I’d only recommend downloading if you have Cats & Dogs and Seasons installed, since most of the Windows and basic build items are from this pack. I used a bunch of other packs, but that’s mostly landscaping and decor.

I also changed the lot title from Cypress Terrace to Cypress Hill bc EA rly missed an opportunity there…
